At Botanic Co. we are obsessed with skin health. The skin benefits of green tea have been widely acknowledged and it has firmly established itself as a star skincare ingredient.  We curated this super green blend using ingredients I know your skin will love; from green and matcha tea which not only repairs skin cell damage but is also jam-packed full of essential nutrients, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. I added in golden spice turmeric as we know is an all-round health powerhouse and sherbet lemon to give a refreshing and hydrating kick. Of course a Botanic Co. tea blend wouldn't be complete without a powerful adaptogen herb so for this blend we included the amazing ashwagandha herb. Ashwagandha is the stress-fighting adaptogen of the moment - not only does it help the body combat stress and fatigue but its high levels of antioxidants are known to stave off free radicals to fight signs of ageing such as wrinkles, dark spots and blemishes.
